Description

Detached villa overlooking la Zenia beach. The villa has 4 good-sized bedrooms (can sleep up to 11 guests in 1 doubles and 3 triples) All 4 bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning
2 Separate bathrooms, large bright living area with TV and satellite system, WIFI Internet (6 Meg) , kitchen with dining area. Outside there is large private swimming pool with 7 sunbeds and seating area and charcoal BBQ plus drinks fridge to keep the beers cool . From the main terrace (next to the pool area) you have a large dining area with umbrella perfect for breakfast and evening meals plus adjacent lounge area sofa seating with superb ocean and beach views (you can almost touch the beach). Off street parking for 1 or 2 cars . Roof top terrace with more sea views ! Plenty of local restaurants cafés, bars ,supermarket, shops, beach bars, etc., all within easy walking distance ideal for families or friends wishing to stay very close to the beach.

** NEW FOR 2019 **- Both bathrooms have been modernized , the swimming pool and surround has been refurbished , upgrades to the electrics , the villa has been redecorated inside , 6 new sleeping beds, new mosquito nets on windows , new dishwasher & Fridge and washing machine, new outside furniture , new umbrellas

** NEW FOR 2022 ** New modern patio Doors in main Living area , New outdoor sofas, Make over for all 4 Bedrooms *** New bedroom layouts - Bedroom 1 is a King size Double (sleeps 2 ) and Bedrooms 2 , 3 and 4 have a King size Double bed plus a single bed in (sleeps 3) , in total now the villa can sleep up to 11 guests

The villa is located on the water front at Calle Colon, La Zenia beach. very easy to find and only 3 minutes drive from AP7 motor way exit (junction 763 - La zenia) . La Zenia is an established area with a large popular Blue flag Beach with sunbeds for hire, beach bar , childrens play area and water sports . several other beaches (Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca) all within easy walking distance .plenty of local restaurants and cafes and bars, 2 supermarkets, bank, shops etc all within easy walking distance. the town centre of Torrevieja is only 10 minutes drive. Taxi & Bus services available with pick up point (5 minutes walk away)

Both Alicante and Murcia international airports are 50-55 minutes drive away.

Great villa and location

Lovely stay here with my family and friends with similar aged children. Check-in was seamless and Kerry was very responsive in our only request - for gas.La Zenia is great for adults to relax, but there wasn't a lot for the kids. Thinking about booking again next year though!

The Villa was amazing and so close to the beach. The swimming pool was great and we often had a midnight swim. We all had a good night sleep because of the air con. The supermarket was a fair distance away and it was quite hard to carry the shopping back without a car. Overall we all had a brilliant holiday, thank you

lovely property, space ideally arranged for two families, lovely location with beach and pubs within walking distance…….once piece of advice, park your car on the street, twice we were blocked in and couldn’t move our car, and turns out that local laws actually allow this practice.

Perfect location

The location couldn't be any better , yards from the beach or to spend the day by the pool , supermarket and paddy's point a 10 minute walk and very peaceful at night if not venturing from the villa , there were 7 adults and two kids and plenty room for us all ,we have been to this area a few times and this has definitely been the most enjoyable stay yet, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a proper beach/villa holiday .

Ett hus i förfall

Efter diverse krångel med redovisning av inbetalningar så kommer vi till ett hus med ett underbart läge intill stranden, att sand blåser in vid starka vindar får man ju räkna med, när vi kommer upp på den fantastiska altanen så ligger parasollet ner då foten rostat sönder, grillen är fullständigt sönderrostad, polen är så smutsig att ingen vill hoppa ner i den, elinstallationerna är på sina ställen i så dåligt skick att de borde stängas ner, överhuvudtaget är det ett ett fantastiskt hus men tyvärr i ett hus i förfall. Husvärdinnan skötte sitt jobb på ett mycket professionellt och trevligt sätt. Kommer dock inte att återvända till ett hus som detta. Inte till det priset. Ingemar

Thanks you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had some issues with the villa during your 3 week stay in April 2018. We can advise since your stay the following works and upgrades were carried out at the villa - we have a contracted a new pool cleaner to maintain the pool, we have installed a new umbrella and base, new BBQ grill, the villa has been re decorated inside , both bathrooms have been modernised (see new photos) and work has been carried out to fix the electrical issues you experienced, it is important to us and the villa owner that our guests are satisfied and happy with their accommodation , we take all our guests comments seriously and always try to resolve any issues as quick as possible – thanks JK Villa rentals

The property is much bigger than we imagined and absolutely spotless inside. Wonderful views over the beach and in the perfect location for pretty much everything. Short walk to the shops and restaurants and a couple of steps to the beach itself. Very peaceful at night for sitting outside with a BBQ as a family. Can't wait to go back again. Would recommend this to any family or large group.

The villa is located on la zenia beach and is in our opinion far superior to what we expected, clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained, Angelas assistance when required was excellent, everything from shops to restaurants are within a short walk but the beach is on the doorstep literally, we have rebooked for 2015 and would recommend it.

Lovely comfortable villa in an ideal location

The property was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this villa to a friend or relative. I would also recommend La Zenia as a lovely part of Spain. We found several nice restaurants, especially The Glass House at Cabo Roig and Da Vinci's. There is also a very good shopping mall in La Zenia.
