We apologize that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations, however I personally inspected the property prior to your arrival and everything was clean. The condition that you left the property in however was completely unacceptable. Trash, food and dirty dishes left everywhere, tape all over the walls, vomit in the bathroom. It was clear that you threw a party which goes against our house rules.
