This lovely oceanfront townhouse is located in Summer Beach Village on Amelia Island, offering a picturesque view of the Atlantic with wonderful Sunrises. Plus, this home has a fully equipped kitchen with a combined living room/dining room, a private washer and dryer, and a cable TV. The ocean-view primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed with your own private bath that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has two twins and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. This home includes an entrance on the second level. The home has about 16 stairs to the front entry and about 18 located inside the suite

We had to buy house shoes for all in order to feel comfortable walking around the unitCould use repainting/touch up paint in most areasFurniture seemed old, and the upholstered pieces had an odor Downstairs bathroom was not cleaned and old toilet leaked, but property manager sent plumbers and cleaners to resolve quickly.This place has so much potential but needs some improvements. We have stayed at other units in this same community that were so much nicer. We never really felt at home or comfortable in this one.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My son and family enjoyed their stay but the unit is in need of a facelift. It wasn’t very clean, the curtains in the dining area were really dirty and it’s just tired except for the new baths and kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious and ideally located, between the pool and the walkway to the beach. Driving in down a lovely road with overhanging live oaks and spanish moss was a nice feeling. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were separated and each had its own bathroom. The bathroom of the second bedroom has not been updated and we had a couple of plumbing issues. Lovely to sit on the outside deck though the furniture needs replacement and the screen door does not work properly. The rental was provisioned quite nicely with all the necessaries. The front door coded lock however is problematic. We often could not get it to open after 3 or 4 tries. A simple key would be nicer or an access card similar to that to the pool. The beach is gorgeous as is the view out from the unit. We were very happy staying here while Covid19 raged at home in NYC.
