Short stay in the area and the house was perfect. As advertised, plenty of space for my family of 7 and the pool was great for the kids to burn off some energy at the end of the day. Quiet neighborhood and close to all conveniences and the beaches.

Pool onsite not heated. Minimal kitchen items.Small "ghost ants" in kitchen. No cleaning products. WIFI was out 4 days, had to use our phones-too all our monthly allowance of 5G, company is refusing to rebate for that.

Wonderful location and home. Very quiet neighborhood. Home was spacious with wonderful decor, a large lanai and great pool. This home is centrally located to all you could possibly want to do while staying in Palm Coast. Perfect for a quiet getaway and spacious enough for a group getaway with family and friends!

The house was rented out by another company (Vacasa), listed on VRBO. The house was clean, although felt more like a hotel than someone's home. Good wifi, TV and pool, coffee maker. Close to grocery store and Planet Fitness (5-10mins drive).

Very clean & convenient location- great outside patio, but would be nice to have a grill & outdoor table- nice lounge chairs though. Would also be nice to have some heat for the pool for spring use- it was barely used because it was so cold. Comfortable house & great location- walkable neighborhood-

It was fine for our stay, and the indoors was pretty clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower in main bathroom backed up our first night. If you plan to cook, you will want to bring some extra items like baking sheet, seasonings, wine/bottle opener, etc.

Disappointed stay

The house was ok for the stay.. guest toilet wouldn’t flush from the checkin contacted support got a ticket no show called support back to get help again no show not even a call back from management to see if it was repaired…cleanliness could use some help…support needs an overhaul poor customer service…flat out they do not care…very disappointed!!!!

Great house managed by an awful company

The house is good. It's spacious, beds are comfy and it has most things you need. It's maintained terribly though: when we got there, we noticed that a bunch of things (GLASS THINGS) were broken and left out in the open, the company's communication was abysmal and the cleanliness was...mediocre, to say the least. This was my second time staying at a property managed by Vacasa and I'll NEVER do it again because I had the same exact experience the first time, I just thought it might have been a fluke. But nope.
