Your kind words mean a lot to us. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fabulous getaway in the future.
Very nice and cute. Our party of 6 plus dog had plenty of room to spread out. It was a short, easy drive to several beaches and to the historic district. Would stay again.
Just a perfect place in a perfect location. Just far enough to be private and close enough to everything we needed. Everything you need to enjoy yourself is in the house. We will definitely come back.
Great property with lots of amenities. Various cute areas to hangout both inside and out. Nice quite neighborhood. Fun for all ages. Would definitely stay there again.
The property is gorgeous, clean, and a true oasis. It was a relaxing place to retreat to. The master suite with the back patio would be incredibly romantic. Highly recommend. Only critique; no coffee at the coffee bar.
House was very clean and handy man came same day to fix a broken switch and was very nice.
House does not accommodate walkers or wheel chairs.

The property was just like the listing. Two streets from water. We road the bikes to get nice views of the waterfront.
Also, great location to get to the historical parts of St Augustine.
Great property, exactly as pictures. The home and yard are both very spacious. The neighborhood is wonderful and the location is so close to the downtown, it made going to shops and restaurants very easy. Communicating with the property manager was quite delayed which did make addressing questions or concerns challenging. However, would definitely stay here again.
House had everything we needed. The kitchen had several gadgets including a blender and instapot. There were beach toys, umbrella, chairs, a baby pool, icechest, and towels. Our days spent at the beach was great because of all the supplies provided. The house has beautiful decor as well. Finally there were several board and video games.

Mother’s Day Stay
We were not impressed. The furniture looked old and was not comfortable. The kitchen separation was awkward. The different levels were dangerous. There was no counter space in the master bath. Unfortunately it was not our type of rental.

Great vacation property. Walking distance to historic St Augustine
The house was great! Lots of spaces to gather. Loved the outdoor tub! The back porch & yard were private & relaxing. Would not recommend for elderly or small children due to several different floor levels.
There are some small items that could be added to ‘delight’ the guests: a refrigerator with filtered water (water quality in the house is not good for drinking), kitchen towels (there was only one), coffee beans (the youtube video about how to make coffee said there were beans but there weren’t any).

This house was so, so cute! We were thrilled to see they provided green pan (nontoxic) cookware. What a treat. They also had a fully stocked kitchen with spices and all the things. It was so well decorated and cozy. The location was perfect. Just a heads up, they had to be creative when renovating the house and the floor has a few places you step up/down. I was mostly worried about our kids tripping but they did great and the steps were well lit.
This is the second year that ten relatives have gathered from New York, Arizona and North Dakota for Thanksgiving (in the same house). We'll most likely sign up for the same place again next year, since we've been very pleased with the size, layout and location. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one needs to cook for a large group, as well as a BBQ on a very attractive patio. I especially liked the many comfortable seating areas throughout the house, where groups could gather or individuals could have some alone-time. The youngsters in our group enjoyed the supplies in the recreation room: games, ocean equipment, bikes, etc. Also, the overall decor was very pleasant, and we're looking forward to applying for this house again!
First thing that comes to mind is new and immaculate. But the house is really more than that. It completely fit the needs of my husband and I on our short getaway to the sunshine state. I felt completely at home and relaxed in this house. It looks recently renovated and every detail from the outdoor lounging chairs to the coffee station. We would definitely go back, but maybe not in the summer as the HVAC was noisy and near the master bedroom. The bathroom sink area is tiny and with only two bathrooms and four bedrooms, it might be a little tight for a family. A perfect couples place with a lovely backyard for our small dog.

Nice location and cute home
We enjoyed this home, it was spacious and nicely decorated. There were some setbacks that will keep us from returning. There was no flexibility on early check in. Zero exceptions (it was pouring rain and thunder storming so we sat out side the home and waited until four). Two of the tvs/remotes didn’t work. I was so excited there was a Nespresso machine… but no pods and nowhere near by that sells them. For the price of the home, my family was underwhelmed.
