Great home and great location

My family stayed here for two nights as part of a New England road trip. This house was perfect for us. It was a short drive to Mystic and to Misquamicut Beach. The back deck was nice for dinner and games.

Great location close to all the beaches, casino and mystic!! House was very clean and cozy with a nice deck in the back. Neighbor was very quiet and house had everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful home

Will definitely stay again. Location was great, on a dead end so there was no traffic on the road. House was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great stay to visit Ninigret Park

This was our 2nd stay for our visit to Ninigret Park & The Rhythm & Roots festival. Great location that allowed us to have some space instead of a hotel. As always, definitely recommend renting with Dan at his place! Clean & comfortable and easy to check in!

Great getaway

Property had everything needed plus for a great stay. A/C inside and large deck outside with very nice grill for cooking. 15 minutes from beaches, Mystic CT, shops and restaurants. Wished I had made the trip longer....it felt comfortable and very homelike.

Lovely Location

This quaint property was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to all attractions. It definitely had that lived in feeling. So much so that the owner's personal belongings were everywhere in the house. Perhaps a very deep clean out of old pantry items in cabinets and clutter in the closets would allow renters to better utilize those spaces.

Spacious, good value vacation home

We were very pleased with the amount of space, 3 double bedrooms and 2 lounges, as we were a family group with our adult children and a grandchild. Well equipped with washer dryer, and host was easy to contact. In an a quiet location close to amenities, and close to a lovely historic area. We did feel like we were staying in someone’s home, as closets were filled with personal belongings and family photos were dotted around, and it could do with some updating/refreshing (eg our bed sheets felt very worn). But considering the price it’s good value and perfect for people who like staying in grandma’s home.

It was perfect for our needs. We had an event at Foxwoods on a Saturday and Sunday. Location met our needs. The place is cute. I'd describe it as "vintage cute." Two of us stayed. We each had our own room and bathroom. I could watch TV in the den and not be sitting in a hotel room with another person on top of me. Good for guest separation. LOL. Will probably rent again when back next year.

Perfect location

Ring a native of Westerly, location of house is perfect when coming home for a visit. Dan was very responsive. Now that I have lived in the south so long I forgot most homes in that area don’t have A/C . Lol. However being that the evenings this time of year are cool it was very comfortable sleeping with the windows open. No road noise or neighbor noise at all. Back deck is perfect to sit on in the evenings especially with the awning. Overall great little home , great location . Little updating of a few things would drive a higher price for the house for sure so I was on staying in my grandma’s like type house. Very comfy. Thanks Dan, perhaps next trip I can pinpoint a time to go out fishing . Would have really enjoyed that for sure

This is a very comfortable old-timey kind of house -- definitely nothing fancy, but the kind of place you can feel right at home in. It's located just a few minutes from 78 and 95, so is pretty convenient to many things, including downtown Westerly. This was the second time two friends and I shared it, and it worked out quite well for us both times. It has comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen (minus dishwasher).
