This rental is in a great location. Walk to downtown Kirkland, the waterfront, bars/restaurants and the grocery store. Great central location for travelers. The house is very well appointed with everything you need.

What makes this property unique

The shape , the space utilization , the structure , the quality . it’s a steel structure that most residential homes avoid because of the cost , yet we had to do it to take advantage of hight limit as we added 1 full foot to the ceiling hight by using steel structure and kept it within the city rules and restrictions for a three story building hight that will not exceed 25 feet .
