Very spacious home with view of lake outback. Quiet area. Onky about 10 miles from grocery store and just a few mikes from state park.

The house was uninhabitable. There were 20-30 piles of animal feces through out the house. All beds were un made, dirty and trash in the house. The sinks had bugs and muddy animal foot prints on them. I recommend for no one to ever rent this property. It should be removed from the VRBO website.

Let me start off by saying if you are expecting a fishing cabin on the lake then this place is perfect. If you are expecting this to be a beautiful home on the lake then you will be severely mistaken. The communication was good and they tried to help us out best they could but they could not over come the deficiencies here. The bugs were terrible inside and outside and since we had dogs, they couldnt come spray. The ants out front were everywhere and got all over our cars. The roaches and spiders were terrible in the front rooms but once traps were put out we didn't have as much of an issue. The walls have no insulation and everyday after work we came back to the house and it was 85 degrees inside. They sent hvac people out but everything was good. They even installed a window unit to help but still was hot inside during day. I would recommend staying here if you know what you are getting into. Great for fishing and hanging out on the lake. If you want a nice cool, cozy place, with all the amenities, sorry this isn't it.

This property had clearly been remodeled, but there were major things that were not considered. None of the bedrooms had air vents and even with the air in the living area VERY LOW, the bedrooms were miserably hot during the night. It was early June, but hotter than usual outside. You could tell that the sheets had been washed, but there was still dog hair all over them. There were spiders all over the place. Almost everywhere you looked there were spiders in corners and on ceiling. Giant roaches literally came in contact with my body twice while I was at this house... which was not very long. There was old food left in the fridge, a hole down to the ground underneath the house in the kitchen disguised by an extra piece of vinyl flooring and a rug, and dog hair covering the floors. The dock was pretty at sunset... only plus!

I don't think so its accurate information, All bedroom has vents, but there was a problem with Amerigas delivery. Now, we have replaced new complete electric HVAC system.

Had no heat entire time and had our infant grandson with us. Amerigas showed up to fill propane tank in rain while we were leaving. Requested a refund and was told they haven’t received payment from Vrbo to refund me. Feel like I’m getting the run around

there was delay in propane gas delivery, and we have offered full refund if guest decided to book another property but guest wanted to stay free, and full refund including the taxes, and cleaning fee.

When we got to the property and entered the home it smelled absolutely awful! We found cat feces under the beds in the front room and cat urine all over the sheets, towels, and the bed of the main room. No cleaning was done whatsoever. There was still food in the fridge from the last occupants and fecal matter in the toilets of the main room and off the kitchen. We left and got cleaning supplies as what was left for us to use at the residence was insufficient. We could not sleep in those two bedrooms and instead slept on the couches. I had two children with me and this was less than desirable. I was told that I will receive some sort of refund for our trouble but have yet to receive it.

this is because of previous guests brought three cats, two dogs. cleaner did not arrived on time to clean. We have provided full refund.

After trying multiple times to resolve this without making a terrible review it doesnt seem thats possible. Made reservations at this home, before leaving for our trip I read where the last tenant report he was withoutnheat for awhile. After multiple attempts to ensure we had heat, finally got a response late the day of arrival. They had placed an electric heater. No other response and no help. I messaged back explained we would not be staying there due to the heat and went and stayed at hotel instead. The owner stated that night he would refund. After messaging several times since then and calling VrBO there is no resolution. The owner has still not messaged me back about refund nor has VRBO . Im not one to write a bad review but this is definitely a place that everyone should be aware of, especially due to the extreme lack of honest communication.
