Overall the property was bright and clean, with a nice little kitchen. We had six people in our group and we found that the listing lacked comfortable seating for everyone as well as enough places to store our stuff. A few homey touches such as a coat tree, shoe shelf, and a bigger couch would have helped make it feel more cozy. For a family with small children this property would be perfect. It's decently priced and well situated.

The place was immaculately clean, and comfortable. We appreciated that children are welcome and enjoyed some peace while our child played with the play table thoughtfully included in the living room. It was quiet and was easy to access by car. The kitchen was well laid out and easy to prepare food in. The owner responded to messages quickly and kindly. We felt very welcome.

The electrical power needs to be fixed cause the microwave kept going on and off after each use, we kept turning the breaker switch off and on every time the microwave would go out but at some point the breaker switch for the microwave stopped working. Honestly besides that everything was good.

Our family had a great stay at this suite. It was an ideal home base to get to downtown Vancouver for our daily vacation activities starting from King George Skytrain station after taking a taxi to that station.The suite was as describe: clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the space worked very well for our family. We especially appreciated the private entrance, the reliable Wi-Fi, and the peaceful neighborhood.One aspect that stood out was Asher’s communication. From the moment we booked until our arrival, he responded quickly to our messages and provided clear check-in instructions. His responsiveness made planning our arrival much easier and gave us great peace of mind.The location was convenient for exploring the Greater Vancouver area, and it is easy to see how the future SkyTrain extension will make this location even more attractive.

The place was clean but we encountered several issues. First off the listing said sleeps up to 6. We had six people in our group. We only had 4 dinmer cups provided, 5 chairs, and 5 pillows. After getting in late with tired kids this was quite frustrating. Asher did come about 11pm to deliver us 1 pillow and a lawn chair so we could have 6 chairs for the dinner table. We thought the kitchen would be stocked for cooking. However is was bare bones. No mixing bowlsNo measuring spoons or cupsNo cookie sheet No baking sheet or pansNo kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels for everything. Sent a message to request these items and was completely unwilling to help or even slightly accommodate us. Flatly stated you will need to purchase any of those items if needed. We were staying there 6 nights and feeing a family of 6. So yes we did need them and bought them ourselves and traveled back home afterward with these dishes. The absolute lack of willingness to help was shocking to me and I would have canceled if I could have gotten a refund. The place was nice just dont expect any kind of help from the owner if you stay there.

You requested additional pillows and a chair at 9:06 9 PM. I delivered them at 9:50 PM. I knocked on the door, but no one answered. I then sent you a message at 9:56 PM. All of these details are documented with timestamps in our conversation history. Could you please clarify where the statement that I delivered them at 11:00 PM came from? Regarding the kitchen supplies, everything that is provided at our property is clearly listed on Vrbo. We did not advertise items as being available and then fail to provide them. All amenities and supplies can be reviewed before making a reservation. If the provided items do not meet your personal needs, you always have the option not to book the property. We provide the essential items for our guests, including baking sheets and kitchen towels. However, we cannot provide every possible kitchen item or accommodate every individual preference. Guests who require additional specialty items are welcome to bring or purchase them according to their own needs. Thank you for your feedback.
