Welcome to our stylish home in the historic Olde Town East neighborhood, where modern amenities meet timeless charm. Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Columbus, this is your ideal base for exploring the city.

Our spacious, open-concept floor plan is designed for connection and comfort. The sun-soaked living room, with its cozy couch and large smart TV, flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features seating for six. It's the perfect spot for sharing a meal or enjoying one of the many books and games from our growing collection.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts brand new, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. You'll find a full coffee station, cooking essentials like spices and oils, and a welcome basket with complimentary snacks to get you started.

This three-story home features:
✦ Three Bedrooms: Two queen bedrooms and a third room with a twin-over-full bunk bed. All are outfitted with luxury linens and room-darkening curtains for a restful night's sleep.
✦ Two Bathrooms: A convenient half-bath is located on the first floor, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo and a towel warmer is on the second floor. Both are stocked with essentials and a 'got your back' bin with thoughtful extras.
✦ Private Balcony: Step out from the primary bedroom onto your private balcony, complete with an outdoor sectional, and enjoy a gorgeous view of the city.
✦ Fenced Backyard: A private, fully fenced yard offers a safe space for pets to play. In warmer months, enjoy the grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. This includes all three floors, the private balcony off the primary bedroom, and the fully fenced backyard.

Entry is via a secure smart lock on the front door; you will receive your unique code before check-in. A backup set of keys is available in a lockbox for emergencies.

The only areas that are off-limits are the locked restock/storage closets and the basement, which are used for owner storage.

Stairs Required:
✦ This is a 3-story house. The main living area is on the first floor, all bedrooms are on the second, and the workspace is on the third. Guests must be comfortable with stairs.

Check-in/Out:
✦ Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
✦ Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee.

Pet-Friendly:
✦ We welcome pets! Our yard is fully fenced for their safety. Please look after your furry friends both inside and outside the home.

Family-Friendly:
✦ A Pack ’n play/travel crib is available upon request to accommodate our youngest guests.

Security:
✦ For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the entrances.

Quiet Hours:
✦ 10 pm - 8 am / 7 days per week
✦ All guests must respect quiet hours as our neighborhood is full of families and students.

Noise:
✦ The home is located in a prime & highly sought location in downtown Columbus.
✦ Our space is naturally great with sound from the street but please note that there might be standard city noises such as kids playing, foot traffic, car traffic.

Booking Rules:
