The Space:

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this stylish duplex offers comfort and charm inside and out.

The private backyard boasts of space for games, a place to sip your morning coffee, grill some sizzling food, or relax after a day on the water. Inside, soft neutrals, natural light, and open layout create a calm, inviting space. Just minutes to Three Sisters Springs, boat ramps, and downtown, you’ll have the best of Crystal River at your fingertips.

The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet side street just five minutes from downtown. Winn-Dixie is 5 minutes away; Publix and Walmart about 15 minutes. Restaurants, springs, and outdoor activities are all within a 10-minute drive.



Getting Around:

Private driveway parking included. Bring bikes if you like, but a car is the most convenient way to reach the springs, boat ramps, and restaurants nearby. Public boat launches are just minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

Pet-friendly: $100 fee per stay (to cover extra cleaning like hair removal)

Pets must be crated when unattended. A crate may be available if requested (not guaranteed).

No pets on the beds. Guests are responsible for any damages or stains to linens, furniture, or appliances.

It is an older house which you always have to take into consideration. Very well decorated. Very comfortable. Extremely great communication! We even got to extend our stay by another night which was very much needed. The location is great. It's on a quiet street tucked away. The only noise you hear are the frogs if you step outside. Only downside was having one bathroom. Ms. Emily, the host, was amazing to work with.

This property is well worth the price. It is conveniently located (just a little over a mile off the main road that runs through Crystal River). The house is recently renovated. New paint inside and out. The beds are very comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen with all needed utensils, cookware, and appliances. Host is super responsive. She answers emails within minutes. The two reasons it isn’t a five star property is: 1) no storage space for socks, shorts, t-shirts and underwear, and 2) one bathroom for three bedrooms can be problematic for large guest groups. It wasn’t a problem for my wife and me, and maybe wouldn’t be for a family, but for 6 adults it would be tough. All-in-all a top notch property.
