Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We kindly ask that you wash the dishes and leave them in the sink before check-out.
If your check-out is on Monday or Tuesday morning, we kindly ask that you place the large trash can by the mailbox for pickup. Thank you
If you find the trash can empty at the front of the property, we kindly ask that you bring it back to the side of the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Well-behaved pets allowed for additional (fee) per pet. Must be flea/tick treated. Owners responsible for care and cleaning.
Please make sure to add your pets to your reservation, otherwise, you will be charged additional fees, including an extra cleaning fee.
Please take care of all items and return them to where you found them. Pets not allowed on carpet or couch.
