Welcome to your perfect Arizona getaway! This spacious and beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a private pool is the ideal place for families, friends, golfers, football fans and spring training fans. Nestled in a quiet Surprise neighborhood, the home is centrally located to everything you need — from championship golf courses and Major League Baseball spring training facilities to shopping, dining, hiking, and desert adventures. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Whether you’re here to relax poolside, explore Arizona’s beauty, or catch some games, this desert oasis has it all. (Optional Heated pool for $40/night, please give a 72 hour notice and chose the heated custom fee)

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Extra fee for heated pool-$30 per day, please notify me 72 hours in advance to heat the pool. Chose custom fee "heating" at check out.
