Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off fireplace, ensure propane for grill is off, and the hot tub cover is on. Please pull the shades in the living room and kitchen. Please turn off any and all lights.
Ensure that the basement door is locked, sliding glass kitchen door is locked, front door is securely closed (auto locks) and kitchen/garage door is firmly closed.
Before leaving the property, please check the garage door has shut.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
