Collect all Trash and Recycling and place in outdoor trash/recycling bins. If traveling with pets, please bag all droppings from yard.
Place all used towels/sheets/linens in Laundry Hampers. Place any soiled/used comforters (heavy blankets) on the floor in front of the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Comfortable home with lots of natural light, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 large living spaces and a large private backyard *note* the garage is not available at this time. Enjoy a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking or baking, including lots of coffee, cleaning supplies and starter essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
