The positives: the property is beautiful and very new. It is an excellent location, the beach is just a 1 minute walk and 1 min walk to restaurants and the main strip. The house very clean and beautiful inside. Negatives: there were towels missing and basic amenities in the kitchen are at bare minimum (salt, pepper absent and only 1 garbage bag provided). Check-in process was horrible, the host wasn't responding until the VRBO agent contacted her. Didn't get any check-in instructions till 3 hours before and the access codes were wrong. Once, we got there couldn't get in, because we had the wrong code and then it was olympic event to get in contact with anyone. The only reason we got in the house finally was because the cleaning crew used by the management company was next door and she helped to give us emergency contact details. The smoke detector low battery kept going off and nobody came to fix it even after reporting. For the amount of many we were charged we got bare minimum and customer service by management company/host was zero. Overall, we loved the property and location, but everything else was a huge disappointment. The host or management company needs to be changed to improve the experience.
