Incredible views of the ocean and meadow with sheep.
A 3 MONTH RENTAL from 6/1/26 to 8/31/26, but flexible.
Located across the street from the Mission Ranch and Carmel Mission. One mile from town and .6 miles to beach.
Enjoy views from fire pit and dining table.
Relax in hot tub.
4 bedroom 3 bath house.
1470 square feet and 7300 square foot lot.
Privacy due to hedges and fence.
Driveway accommodates three vehicles. BBQ, gas fireplace, storage space, lofty ceilings and hardwood floors.
Downstairs bedroom has a separate entrance and an attached bathroom. A microwave and a small refrigerator included with the room.
A portion of the garage available for storage.
Enjoy views of ocean and mountains from spacious deck in front of the house.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no loud parties.
Must exit driveway going forward, otherwise visibility limited by hedge.
Places across the street from house:
Mission Ranch bar/restaurant, owned by Clint Eastwood, has a karaoke bar with a piano player on a nightly basis. The restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating with views that are similar to the views you get from the house.
The historic Carmel Mission has mass on Sundays and the museum and grounds are available to visit.
Rio Park has six acres of open space across the street and the Carmel river flows through the park.
Tennis courts are private, but may allow the public to play during clinics. As of 2025, family membership initiation fee is $550 and family monthly dues $145.
The Mission Trail is a few minutes walk away which goes up a canyon to town. Grocery shopping at Safeway is conveniently located less than a mile away.
