Private Beach!!! Bring the whole family to this great beach getaway. This 3 Bedroom 2 bath condo in located on the beaches of The Shoreline Towers in Destin. The crystal clear waters & white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast are just a short 2 minute walk across the parking lot to the sand. Great water views through out the condo. After a day at the beach, relax in the community pool , play Tennis, or BBQ by the clubhouse that offers a hang out area, Sauna and full gym. Beach supplies included! Book Now!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please load and start dishwasher. Put any used towels in tub/shower. Take trash to Trash Shoot by elevator. You can leave or toss and unopened food in fridge. The cleaning crew will appreciate you.
Please text me at 850-797-0602 when you depart or plan on departing if it will be before 10AM. Please check every drawer and room for personal belongings. There is ALWAYS something left behind. Thanks
Please recheck for personal belongings. There is a $50 fee plus cost to ship it back to you whenever we have time. Safe Travels.
