A warm beautiful escape from the cold weather chill when you stay for the season at our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Fort Myers, Florida. Wake up each morning to a sunrise overlooking the marina in our large screened lanai balcony on the 2nd floor. Walk down the private spiral staircase to the dock and catch a glimpse of wildlife such as turtles, river otters and the many bird species native to Florida. Or, take a walk to the heated pool and go for a quick swim and relax in the Jacuzzi tub. If you are inclined to be more athletic it’s a short walk to the clay tennis courts or the fully equipped fitness center.
Spend your day enjoying a good book from our extended personal library collection or watching our HD big screen 50” TV with cable on our overstuffed comfortable couches. A DVD player is available along with a few movies. Movies can be rented at the local grocery store for a few dollars.
Our kitchen has everything you may need to feel at home, dishes, glassware, silverware, toaster, panini maker, coffee-maker, pots and pans. We have an ice-maker in our full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
Both bedrooms have linens and plenty of the comforts you are accustomed to at home. Bedrooms are fully carpeted The master suite bathroom has an oversize round soaking tub and a double sink vanity. Both bathrooms have a walk in shower, towels and some personal vanity items that you may need to get started. The 2nd bedroom has beach chairs and beach towels in the closet for your use. Both bedrooms have plenty of dresser and closet space for your clothing and storage.
A washer/dryer is available for your laundry convenience in the hall closet. The living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable, please see the photos.
The air-conditioning is thermostat controlled central air for consistent comfort through out the condo.
