Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street.
