Close all blinds
Remember to leave building key & rearview mirror parking pass on the counter. Forgetting to leave either will result in additional $50 fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than two unrelated individuals renting the unit at the same time.
No PETS- renters and their guests are not permitted to have pets.
BALCONY/HALLWAYS- No ski equipment or other items are permitted.
We provided a ski locker in the parking garage.
QUIET HOURS- 10 pm - 8am every day, late night disturbances should be reported to the Avon Police Department xxx-xxx-xxxx
