Light and airy cottage with bamboo and tiled floors. 3 bedrooms all with new beds and bedding. Fireplace in living room makes for cozy evenings playing games or hanging with loved ones. French doors from the dining room lead to a 400 square foot deck and separate patio area with a fire pit. Kitchen is updated with newer stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook or bake. Lower level has a spacious family room with 65 inch tv, sectional sofa and game area. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Out back are fruit trees, a beautiful Japanese Maple and a hammock for relaxing.

Broadview is a hidden secret in Seattle. It is just a 20 minute drive to downtown and only 5 minutes to the Northgate light rail station. Lots of parks, shopping and restaurants nearby in vibrant Greenwood, as well as a new Trader Joe's!
What makes this property unique
You will feel as though you are in a cottage somewhere else. House is very quiet and serene.
