Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Shut and lock all entry doors, including the laundry room door.
Put all trash throughout the property into the kitchen trash bin. Set the bag outside under the carport.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have two exterior security cameras pointed north towards the driveway and north at the carport/main entrance. Our cameras are monitored 24/7.
Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property is strictly prohibited and is monitored. No illegal drugs, no firearms allowed on the property.
Extended stays require a light cleaning (change towels, change sheets, dust) every 14 days.
