3BR,2Bth, renovated, pvt. hot tub, ski locker at base
Relax and enjoy the incredible views and private hot tub-walk 2 blocks to the charming town of Telluride and indulge in wonderful restaurants and shopping-or stay in and cook in the well stocked and modern kitchen with Wolf/Subzero appliances and steel counter tops.
The upper main level has cathedral ceilings and genuine barn wood paneling. Also on the main level is living room-dining room which is open to the kitchen, the primary bedroom with king bed, private bathroom and hot tub access.(brand new Hot Springs brand)
On the lower level is second family room, 2 guest bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and a second entrance. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen beds, guest bedroom 3 is set up as a king bed with joining kit, that can be separated into two twin extra long beds.
This is our home, we are not a rental company. I cook-a lot-and we are very well stocked for pots, pans, dishes, etc.. The beds are all super comfortable, high quality, Stearns and Fosters mattresses.
Our home is in the historic residential district and we are limited on the number of short term rentals per year, so we only rent for a minimum of 7 nights(preferably longer) and prefer at least 10 nights over the Christmas/New Years. The property could be rented for the entire ski season at a discounted rate.

Absolutely LOVE the sunny side of town. We have fabulous views of Bear Creek and the ski area too....plus it's only 2 blocks to Main St. (Colorado Ave.)
