The home is in a safe, urban neighborhood, conveniently located:

You may notice occasional city or airplane sounds when outdoors. Inside, noise is well muted, and every bedroom includes a sound machine to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

No Parties. Parties are defined as more than the number of guests in the reservation.

For added peace of mind, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras at the front door and back door. They are not in view of the hot tub. These cameras record video only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Our first stay in Louisville and it didn’t disappoint we really enjoyed the hot tube at the VRBO the concert at Zander was great time stop at good belly was a fabulous sandwich shop and the crown jewel was Jeff Ruby’s

We traveled here for a bachelor trip and were not disappointed. The location made it the perfect home base for a Louisville destination. The host was very considerate of us and ensured we had a good trip. Leaving snacks, prompt communication, and excellent recommendations.

The property is very well maintained and clean. The hot tub is clean and has a built in bluetooth speaker which was very nice. The back yard is spacious and private. It was only a short drive to many fun locations and the host, Sara, was very helpful recommending places to eat and visit. I would definitely stay again!

The home was immaculate, with great amenities and very comfortable beds- even the bunks. Small touches were thought of (like sound machines in each room, welcome snacks), the neighborhood was fairly quiet outside of the sound of planes (which was actually a helpful sleep aid), and we felt very safe. Location was great! Sara was communicative and made it clear we could reach out for anything. Would 100% stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights, 4 adults and 3 kids. Had plenty of space for all of us to relax. The beds were extremely comfortable, everyone commented on how well they slept during our stay. Sara was a great host, very accommodating with great attention to details. We spent 2 days at Kentucky Kingdom, 10 mins away but the food and atmosphere of various neighborhoods around Louisville was awesome! We visited several, all a short 5-10 min drive that offered plenty of cool places to eat, drink and shop. The Highlands and NuLu were our favorites. Marret Mule House was one of the nicer homes on the block but overall it was a quiet area. We’d stay again for sure! Thank you Sara!

Sara the host was very responsive to email as well as text. The gift basket on arrival was nice. She communicated quickly and also offered her knowledge of the area for things to do with my family. The place was clean and well maintained. It was spacious and had plenty of space inside and out. The hot tub was a nice place to relax. The place is close to many restaurants and sites to see.

We loved our stay here. It’s just a mile from where my husband’s convention was, and it was a quick drive to drop him off each day. The convenience was so nice. I have seriously never stayed in a house that had everything we needed before. I needed a pair of scissors, and there they were. Extra trash bags, baggies, kitchen utensils were all used this week and in the house when we needed them. It was such a big help so I wasn’t placing a dozen Walmart delivery orders! We loved the hot tub. When we had an issue with it (which was entirely user error), I reached out to Sara and she had us going within a half hour! We got in the hot tub every day. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit, but we loved the entire backyard setup and the privacy fences. The house was spotless and done beautifully. We loved the decorations and the beds were SO comfortable. I seriously can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we return to Louisville.
