The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is FULLY stocked with all the essentials of small home appliances.

Located in the gated and guarded resort community of Windsor Hills, only 2 miles from Disney. This privately owned executive 6 bedroom 3.5 bathroom vacation villa has 2 master suites, private pool & spa, 8 minutes walking to community clubhouse & cross street kids playground. The house needs work

The bed sheets smelled bad and the house wasn’t very cleaned. The bathtubs were clogged, every time you wanted to take a shower it would not drain. The code provided to enter the house was wrong, not that would turn me away but it is inconvenient. One of the rooms does not have AC, the company said it’s because it was converted to a room but the vent for the AC is there. I liked the house but it definitely needs several things fixed.

Fantastic!! Wonderful rental— Don’t worry, we will be back!

This rental provided my family with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The house with 3 king sized bedrooms worked out perfectly for each of my children and their spouses. The Star Wars bedroom and the Harry Potter bedrooms were big hits with my grandchildren—even our sweet baby had her own crib and high chair. We all enjoyed the game room, the pool, and the hot tub. The house was just minutes from Disneyworld. We could even go the the park, come back for a rest— and then return to the parks for more fun. Thank you for all the extra thought you put into this rental. It made our stay something that we will always remember.

Beautiful House, wonderful family vacation.

The house was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen gadgets and utensils. Gated community is the perfect distance from Disney and not too far from Universal. Already thinking of planning a return trip next year!!!

House was not ready to be rented

You name it, it was broke or unfinished. Pool heat and microwave did not work, attempted to fix pool heat but still only had Luke warm hot tub. Upstairs shower curtain had Toothpaste boxes holding it to wall, small load in dryer took 2 to 3 hours to dry. We planned to stay there to swim as we don't do the parks so it was a bust. Owner told us to use the community pool, which you could not even move in and the hot tub closes at 8pm. Not to mention for half what I paid we could have stayed some else and known we would have to use the community pool. Still have not been refunded pool heat money that the owner said I would get and apparently the owner of this house refuses to 'offer any compensation' as :things happen'. It is not completely renovated, it's has some updates. I have rented many homes in the past and have never experienced anything like this. I have been compensated rental back for much less than this, without even asking. This is definitely not worth the money and had the owner made any attempt offer part of the rental fee back so we could go do something since swimming was not an option, I would have rated much higher. Don't waste your money on this one. We ended up leaving early due to all the issues. Guess it's home to talk to an attorney and see about getting some of my rental money and pool heat money back. Spring break 2018, worst trip ever because of this home and owner
