😍 This impressive NEWLY REMODELLED (May 2025) 6 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom Private Pool Villa, has been blessed with the prime location on Windsor Hills, positioned centrally over looking the entire beautiful conservation lake. It doesn't get better than that!

🏡 Luxuriously appointed throughout, spacious and air-conditioned. A holiday home for all the family to enjoy and where our guests can truly relax in fabulous surroundings and know that attention to detail is our bye word.

💧 The villa is spotless and always cleaned to the highest standard which our guests often comment on. Since Covid19 we have implemented the strictest of cleaning policy guidelines carried out by specially trained teams. There is a cleaning fee for guests staying less than 15 nights. Please see under policy - ‘house rules’.
Together with our property manager we are very proud of the exacting standards we provide.

🛏 👑✨There are 3 luxury Super King bedroom suites, 1 luxury Queen bedroom suite and 2 large Twin bedded bedrooms - one design themed as Disney Pirate and the other as a Disney Princess Ballroom....to make all their dreams come true!
😴 All have exceptional high quality bedding and new Symbol ultimate sleep mattresses for a perfect night's rest after a long day at the Disney Parks.

🛀 🚾 There are large 4 fully equipped bathrooms, 1 downstairs next to the Queen suite and 3 upstairs. They either have tubs and showers, or separate walk in showers. All bathroom fixtures and hairdryers plus other hairstyling equipment. Plus lots of fluffy towels!

🛋 🖥 Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and ample ultra comfortable seating for everyone with two spacious open plan living rooms, both beautifully furnished in luxurious contemporary neutral Floridian tones. The family entertainment room has a 65” curved cable TV with DVD player and a wide selection of family movies. The other lovely lounge area has a 42" cable TV.

🍽🍾🥂 With three dining areas, there is plenty of choice where to eat... one formal, one informal and one al fresco complete with large, stainless-steel free to use gas BBQ!

🍴💦 The large fully equipped pristine kitchen leads out onto the lanai screened private decking area. The pool and spa have been newly resurfaced with an amazing crystal finish.

⛱☀️🎇 Additionally there is a luxurious range of Californian pool furniture - large dining table and six chairs, plus four sun loungers and a two seater glider 'love seat' - perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine enjoying the views whilst overlooking the tranquil conservation lake. From here you can even see the Disney Magic Kingdom evening firework display, that's how close we are!

🎱 There is also a uniquely themed ⚡️Harry Potter ⚡️ Games Room with a full size slate base pool table plus moon balls, table football, air hockey, music system TV, Wii and wii games.

✅ A large 'everything you need' laundry room. Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airers, laundry baskets, ironing board and iron.

👶 For the little ones in the party, all new baby/toddler equipment is provided. 2 high chairs, feeding booster seat, 3 strollers, 2 safety bed guards, 2 stair guards, 2 pack and play cribs, baby listening and children's Disney towels. Plus baby bedding.
There is also a child safety fence, that can be positioned around the pool and door alarms to the pool........to keep them safe. 👦👧❤️

This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. It was clean and well maintained inside and out. Jane, the owner was a great communicator, accommodating to questions and request. This was our families first time to stay in a vacation rental, we typically stay in hotels. We did not cook or eat at the house, but the kitchen looked like it had all you would need if you wanted to do so. The only downside for us was the location. Though it was supposed to be a short drive to Disney parks, with SO MUCH TRAFFIC in the off season, it still took us 25-30 minutes. We were not expecting this amount of time to get to and from Magic Kingdom. Overall the property was great, the owner was fabulous, and the place is clean and spacious for a large family vacation.

Awesome stay!

The villa is well laid out and extremely well stocked. We cooked and everything we needed was available including storage containers, pans silverware, glasses, cheese shredder, and pizza cutter. The most well stocked villa we’ve ever stayed at. The pool is beautiful with an awesome spa. King bedrooms upstairs were great and kids rooms are adorable.

Business Trip at Orange County Convention Center

Owners and Property management company were awesome as we booked for a convention last minute. We got lucky those specific dates were open because it is very booked in the future.Great value with three king bedrooms so lots of room we used and three other rooms. Lots of cool fun things in villa to entertain adults and two very cool themed kids rooms and game room.

Fantastic in every way!

The house is beautiful, it was immaculately kept and the view from the pool area is awesome. Clubhouse has some decent food for a quick meal. Very close to Disney. Traffic to and from the park was brutal a couple times but that’s the price you pay for being close to the park. Don’t think you could do any better if looking for a house close to the park. Jane is great to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home we rented was very nice and spacious. The location was great for Disney and close to a lot of restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and great game room. I would definitely recommend this for a large family wanting to stay near Disney!!

Amazing stay!

What a beautiful place to stay! The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool after a long day in the parks. So many dishes made it so easy to cook meals at the house. Lots of pool towels was a plus also. Beds were very comfortable too. Close to the parks and a Walmart right down the street was great for doing pickups.Jane was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended family villa

Perfect villa for a family holiday close to all of the attractions. We have small children and the villa has everything that you will need (high chair, travel cots, wonderful themed bedrooms) to make your stay as easy and stress free as possible. All the rooms are immaculately furnished and kitted out and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. The resort is excellent too, great facilities and very safe. We will definitely book again for our next family trip to Orlando!!

Amazing Property & Location

The Vacation House in Windsor Hills was amazing and exactly as advertised! Our group of 11 (8 adults, 2-3.5 yo, & a 1.5 yo) had a great time during our 13 night stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The pool & spa were a great way to end the day after a day at WDW. The host (Jane) was extremely helpful & very prompt to reply to my questions during the 14 months leading up to our stay. There was a minor maintenance issue with the washer while we were there. We called Maintenance & they arrived promptly & had the problem repaired within 2 days. Jane contacted me to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the washer, but it really wasn’t a problem or inconvenience. The property is located in close proximity to the WDW Parks, but the traffic can be challenging at times, especially around park closing. We would highly recommend this property & Windsor Hills.

Best VRBO we've ever rented. The owner was terrific, responded quickly, and went out of her way to accommodate us. The property is well maintained and the pool is wonderful, with good safety measures to protect our young grandchildren. House has an excellent location in Windsor Hills- close to the Community Center and wonderful east view- we watched a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the pool! Can highly recommend this property and owner.

Simply can't be beat .....

This Villa - and Jane - set a very high bar. We had a travel nightmare getting to Orlando that was completely forgotten after a fabulous week in this Villa. It is an exceptional facility in an idyllic setting that simply can't be beat. Our hostess, Jane, has a lot to teach others on how it should be done - timely communications, a warm welcome, good advice and even her problem solving skills helped to make this vacation one of the ones we will remember fondly for a very long time. We stayed at Jane's villa for a week when the kids were off from school in November. The villa is exceptionally clean, which was very important to us. There were 10 of us ranging from 2 to 72 and we all agreed this place was the best. The location to the parks as well as the location within the community to the pool and clubhouse we're excellent. There was plenty of room for all of us to do our own thing on our off days from the park. Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We have already recommended her villa to several people planning to come to Orlando.

Joyful Summer vacation

Jane was an absolute Angel to communicate with. I had questions over the 5 months from booking date to vacation and she was so quick and kind in her replies. She always had such detailed answers that it comforted all of us that we chose the right VRBO home. This trip was absolutely perfect and the house was more than we could’ve hoped for. April Getaway

Great space for a large group. Large kitchen with everything you could need for preparing meals. The pool area has plenty of seating for relaxing or dining outdoors. There is plenty of shade while the pool itself stays in the sun until late afternoon. The water park is a great addition and only a short safe walk away. All the Disney Parks, groceries stores and shopping are a short drive or Uber ride away. It took no time at all to get comfortable driving to the different venues. The home owner Jane was a pleasure to work with. There were never too many questions and our emails were always responded to very quickly. We were given detailed instructions and plenty of suggestions to get the most out of our vacation.

Perfect Family Home Disney Vaca

There were 10 of us- 6 adults plus 4 children ages 2-5. So close to Disney properties as well as Walmart, restaurants, etc. The extras with the community was a big plus for our family ( parks, play areas, sidewalks, water park). Beds were comfy. Paid extra for heated pool and was well worth it! A few things that need attention include: air conditioning- needs to be fixed as upstairs gets warm. ( the weather was cool during our stay, so we managed with fans, but on warm days this would have been very uncomfortable.). Need more towels & washcloths in each bathroom. Plenty of beach towels which was great! Need oven mitts and more kitchen towels.

Great location and property. Thanks to the owner who resolved VRBO issues.

We had a wonderful time. The Villa was beautiful. Only issue with Villa is it could use an upgrade to appliances. Can’t say the same with VRBO. They were terrible when it came to processing our final payments last year. It took almost 2 weeks of daily efforts to process and VRBO did nothing to resolve the issues. The owner had to do it all. Also they never reached out to me even after stating numerous times that they would. I now understand why some people don’t use VRBO for return visits.

Best accommodation we have ever rented. Perfect

We have stayed all over the world, but this was the best, hand downs. Jane was a fantastic owner. Every detail was considered, every question promptly and fully answered. We were a party of eight and Jane's assistance on the run up to our booking was faultless. I was so reassured that the property would be exactly what we had hoped for. The Agent was also very through. Windsor Hills is perfect. Location, amenities, security, peace and quiet. Just what we had hoped for. There really is no better place to stay for Disney, and this property has the best location within Windsor Hills. We struck villa gold here. The view is great from the pool and outdoor dining, looking out across the lake. Walking distance to all of Windsor Hills amenities, and Disney only 10 minutes drive away. Universal was within 30 mins also - brilliant. The villa is only minutes from the loads of quality restaurants we loved Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn. There were 3 big supermarkets too. Oh and great takeout at Flippers Pizza. As for inside, there were 8 of us, two families with 2 boys each. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Indeed we didn't even use all the bedrooms. Plenty of room in the pool, TVs everywhere, lots of seating. Everything was thought of down to the plastic cups & plates for outside dining. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, in fact we've already decided we want to go back. You couldn't want for a better villa or host. Thank you Jane.

We spent 10 days in this beautiful house. The house was well equipped with everything. We had 2 young children in our group and there was everything for them (high chairs travel cots kids plates cutlery). The house was amazing and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the pool and the whole area was so well kept.

We live in Dorset, UK and have 2 grown up daughters of 28 and 30. The States and Florida in particular have been our holiday destination for almost 40 years and we have had some wonderful times there. We decided to buy a lake front home on Windsor Hills (after much research!) as an investment, because it is one of the best locations in Orlando and the nearest to Disney World. So as family holidays go, this part of the world takes some beating!

Why they chose this property

WINDSOR HILLS is consistently voted top resort of the area. It is a private, guarded, gated community and the nearest to Disney World and very close to other attractions.

We have been careful to price our Villa to reflect that, also the high standard of furnishings and accommodation and the tranquil location overlooking the beautiful conservation lake (with no rear neighbours!) and just a couple of minutes walk to the clubhouse. Our guests agree, it is a perfect location.

You are also literally minutes away from everything: Disney, Animal Kingdom, Legoland, Sea World, Universal Studios (Harry Potter), Water Parks, supermarkets, shops and numerous restaurants catering for all tastes. So whether you just want to relax or be thoroughly entertained everyday, it is all here!

What makes this property unique

The Villa truly has the best position on Windsor Hills overlooking the stunning tranquil conservation lake, filled with water lilies and birdlife. With views like these, from the villa, pool or decking after a busy day.....well, life doesn't get much better!

It is an immaculately clean, extremely spacious home, airy and beautifully decorated by interior designers. The Villa is also just a couple of minutes level walk to Windsor Hills Clubhouse and all the resorts free to use 5* facilities. The children's themed Disney Castle playground is a minute's walk from the villa in the other direction.

The Villa is luxurious in style and maintained to the highest standard by our local manager and his excellent team of cleaners, housekeepers and maintenance workers.
We feel it is a great advantage having such a first class local property company caring for our home.
