Come enjoy the Mason countryside at our 20 acre ranch home located 10 minutes from downtown on the Llano River! The 5-bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 16 is perfect for large family get-togethers & escaping the big city with all of your friends. The large Outdoor kitchen complete with a Griddle and smoker means preparing large meals for the group will be a breeze. The house now has Starlink internet and a smart TV!

The space
The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and get cozy. Enjoy lots of natural light throughout the home, breathtaking views, and all of the little touches one needs.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and property during your stay. Neighbors are nearby but out of sight.

The river can be accessed on a private road. Bring your favorite river toys, ATVs and sunscreen!
