Including: 4 kayaks, 2 large rec rooms in bonus building & walkout basement, fire pit, gorgeous deck, 3-seasons porches, basketball hoop, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, 2 large TVS, & pickleball net. This is 6 doors down from an enormous bar & grill with patio overlooking water. This peaceful home with bonus bunk room above garage rec room has something to offer everyone. Perfect for large groups and family gatherings, retreats. for groups above 16, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
