Every thing was great. We were very comfortable. Host could provide additional trash bags and paper towels and toilet paper to add to comfortability. TV remotes in 2 out of 3 bedrooms did not work so you could not watch TV in those bedrooms. Also when I booked I didn't realize no access to washer and dryer which would have been nice. So please be aware if you book this unit. I will say it was very clean though and enjoyable.

House was clean, orderly and as expected for the price range. Convenient location vis-a-vis our visitation plans. We’d stay again if the following items are addressed. 1) Tap water smells strongly of sulphur. Facility needs to consider a LARGE whole-house charcoal filter. 2) All mattresses had plastic covers. Very uncomfortable as they don’t breathe at all so sweating during sleep is unavoidable. Bottom sheets were routinely wet due to the vapor barrier. 3)Two of the three mattress/box spring combinations were apparently well used before being put into service for the VRBO. Mattresses were stained and box springs were extraordinarily creaky to the point of disrupting sleep. These points are not slams…just suggestions to bring the house up to the VRBO standards we normally receive. Overall a nice budget-friendly place with a couple of minor upgrades needed.
