This updated cottage offers ample parking, over 1,000 square feet, 2 bedrooms - King bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room, 1 full sized bathroom, washer/dryer in the home, and large fenced in backyard!

The property is pet friendly, but all pets must be approved by the owner of the property prior to stay and will incur an additional fee per pet.

Pros:The location is convenient and a definite plus. The property is close to grocery stores as well as downtown shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around without too much driving. The price point is also affordable compared to other options in the area.Cons:The main issue is that the property is marketed as sleeping six people and described as “spacious,” which is not accurate. In reality, it is best suited for three to four guests maximum. There is only enough bed space for four people, with no extra linens provided. The kitchen is similarly limited, with dishes and utensils for about four people, and seating in both the living room and dining area only accommodates four.The property is a duplex, and noise is a significant concern. There is a long shared wall, and we could clearly hear the neighboring unit’s TV at a loud volume for most of the day. Additionally, the home is located on a busy road with noticeable traffic noise. The backyard backs up to a bank, which is not mentioned in the listing and was unexpected.Upon arrival, the cleaning crew was still at the property past our check-in time. When we eventually got inside, the bathmat, blankets, and bed linens were still wet. Unfortunately, when we went to bed that first night, the linens were still damp, which is not acceptable.The house is very bare-bones in terms of amenities. Guests should plan to bring everything they may need, including basic items. For example, only one bar of soap wa

For clarity, our listing notes a maximum of four adults, with the ability to accommodate up to six guests when two are children. The home includes two beds—a queen and a king—and additional linens are available upon request. The listing also includes the square footage of the unit and indicates that the property is a duplex. Regarding the noise concern, the guest staying in the neighboring unit unit at the time had a hearing impairment, which may have contributed to higher volume levels. We sincerely apologize for any disturbance. If we had been notified during your stay, we would have been happy to address this promptly. All amenities listed are provided; however, we understand that individual needs can vary. We routinely deliver additional items to guests when requested. We did reach out during your stay to check in and see if anything was needed, but no concerns were shared at that time. We’re sorry your experience fell short and will use your comments to continue improving for future guests.
