Meine Aufenthalt war nicht ermöglichen

Das Gastgeber hat keine Reservierung bestätigt deswegen habe ich keine Zimmer bekommt obwohl ich meine Reservierung schon bezahlt habe. Ich habe auch die Rechnung gezeigt aber das Geld hat nur FeWo -dierect erhalten nicht die Gastgeber.Ich hoffe dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.
