Across the path to Los Muertos beach, our comfortable second floor two bedroom, two bath spanish style condominium is in the heart of the Zona Romantica. All the modern luxuries are available in the Plaza Mar condo building, including a pool, elevator, 24-hour reception/security, maid service 3x week and much more. From our large balcony, take in the view of the ocean or Lázaro Cárdenas Park. Bring the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella for an amazing day on the beach. On many Saturdays, visit the farmers market across the street to prepare a wonderful meal in our fully equipped kitchen or explore the Old Town on foot as our condo is in the ideal location to experience the best of Puerto Vallarta.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The cleaning fee collected at booking covers the required tip. However, if you received outstanding service and/or you got extra services (like washing dishes), feel free to leave an additional tip.
Missing, Damaged or items that need repair: Please let us know 205plazamar@gmail.com or via text if there was any accidental damage and/or anything needs repair.
Safe:  Remove any items from the safe (if used) and leave it unlocked.  Code is 0205 enter. 
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The guest agrees to the building’s policies. Pets of any kind (including service animals) are not permitted in the building or unit per HOA rules.
Building policy is the guest agrees to provide a small key deposit at check-in. As part of check-out (front desk) will return the key deposit.
No more than 2 additional visitors are allowed and visitors of guests must register at the front desk and leave the building by 11pm.
