Pros: -Great property -Great location -Great set up -Large rooms -Large yard -Close to the beach -Plenty of cupboard -Clean fresh bathroom -Nice quantity of towels -Beach chairs Cons: -Living room furniture is uncomfortable and mismatched -Bathroom access is through second bedroom -Could use a deep cleaning of carpets and dusting behind furniture (head and underneath of bed etc.) -Not enough dishes/glassware -So many kitchen cupboards that everything is randomly placed (ie cling wrap in one drawer and aluminum foil in another) means that you spend a lot of time opening drawers and cupboards looking for stuff
