Tub drain was clogged with hair, no extra blankets and the blankets there were very thin great for summer but not 22. Base board heat needs to be altered the space lacked heat. Surfaces were dirty and it seemed that the owner/cleaner just gave it a quick glance over between visitors.

I would not recommend staying in this property at all. The host was very disappointing. We drove from Virginia to New York and did not get into his rental space until the next day. This host had the worst communication. He was not responsive at all. We came arrived in New York at 1:45 PM never received an access code to get in the property check-in time was 4 PM just drove around and did some shopping to kill time until 4pm. After 4pm still didn’t receive access code. Reached out to the host multiple times called, left messages and emailed. Host never responded we waited at the home until after 5 hoping he would return call. Eventually I had to call Vrbo customer service. They also tried to reach host multiple times…no response. Vrbo supervisor tried multiple times to contact him she eventually had to accommodate us for lodging for the night while they would continue to try and reach host. When he finally responded at 8:14pm stating he “lost his phone” he did not offer discounting did not offer an extra day he told us we still had to leave by 11 o'clock on Sunday which was the original check out date. He did not try to accommodate us at all. Once we finally checked into his property he did not reach out once to see if we were ok. He is the worst host I’ve ever encountered. I will not rent any property from him in the future!
