Welcome to your desert escape in the heart of PGA West, La Quinta. This beautifully maintained four-bedroom luxury home offers resort-style living with a private saltwater pool and spa, detached casita, and sweeping views of the Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course and Santa Rosa Mountains.
Our west-facing home sits on an elevated lot overlooking the 6th tee box—making it the perfect setting to enjoy stunning desert sunsets and peaceful surroundings.

**Fireplace**
- The indoor fireplace is not usable. The gas valve has been disconnected for safety reasons.
**Pool & Spa Heating (Shared Equipment)**
- The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. They operate on shared equipment (one heater, one pump, and one set of valves).
- Spa heating is $50/day if left on overnight.
**Desert Environment**
The desert is no stranger to bugs. Insects may occasionally crawl or fly indoors, especially if doors are left open. Routine pest service is maintained, but this is part of desert living.
**Pet-Friendly Home**
This is a pet-friendly property. While we clean thoroughly between stays, guests with pet allergies should take this into consideration before booking.
**Quiet Hours & Community Rules**
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
- No outdoor activities, music, or noise during quiet hours.
- Outdoor amplified sound is never permitted.
- Guests must follow all community rules, occupancy limits, and city regulations. Violations may result in fines, loss of deposit, or eviction without refund.
