You and your guests will be taking in the Moon, Stars and Nashville Lights as you prepare for a night on the town.

This stunning townhome sleeps SIX and boasts an open floor plan with 1st floor polished concrete and upgraded amenities throughout--a fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and modern features. The living area features a large flat-screen Smart TV and a sofa that opens to a queen size sleeper giving you three distinct and spacious sleeping areas. Also on the 1st floor is a laundry closet with full size front load washer, dryer and supplies.

You will have complimentary WIFI throughout, hardwood floors on the 2nd floor with two private bedrooms. The primary has a comfortable queen-size bed, Smart TV, an ensuite bath with a shower, marble vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, Smart TV and a large closet. This property is a must-stay! It was a great spot, just outside of downtown Nashville. Not too close to be in the crazy of the city, but close enough to be very convenient if you wanted to experience everything downtown has to offer. The property itself is very well maintained. The inside was new and clean, and the host does a great job communicating everything you need for your stay. There is a welcome binder that gives recommendations for food, drinks, and touristy attractions. This is incredibly helpful for people unfamiliar with the area.Checkout instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely do it again if we had the chance.

We had a great stay here! The place is new, very clean, and the photos are totally accurate. It was easy to get to, and the location worked well for us—close to town, with Uber rides only taking a few minutes. Honestly, using Uber was way easier than trying to drive and park downtown.The neighborhood isn’t the best, but it’s clearly up‑and‑coming, and we always felt safe. Parking was great too, which was a big plus.The rooftop was one of our favorite spots. You can see the downtown skyline, and the furniture up there makes it a perfect hangout area. There is a little traffic noise, but nothing that took away from enjoying the space.Our hosts were super responsive and shared helpful tips on where to eat and what to check out around Nashville. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.
