Why they chose this property
Pelican Landing is a gated community located ideally close to RSW airport, shopping and recreation. The beaches in Fort Myers are very crowded and the parking is limited however we have our own private beach which is my main reason for buying in Pelican Landing. My unit is direct across from the neighborhhood pool which is very convenient for days I don't go to the beach.
What makes this property unique
My unit is completely updated and nothing beats sitting out on the lanai overlooking the preserve.l
