We recently stayed here for our son’s graduation. It was a great location! Perfect for our dog, nice fenced backyard and close to the river for walking. The house was clean, great mattresses and sheets. Nice outdoor area as well!Highly recommend!

Our family had a great stay here. The hpuse was perfect and exceptionally clean. The property manager was fast eith responses and easy to communicate with. We would definitely choose to stay here again

Last year we rented a place in Bowness that didn't have one comfortable chair or bed.4631 81st St had multiple comfortable chairs, beds, and sofas. The extra space was wonderful because it allowed us to have grandchildren over with plenty of room to coexist. Berry bushes and a spacious backyard were truly appreciated. We especially loved the solarium and the outdoor but covered living room. Still lovely in the rain!The kitchen was well stocked with most everything we needed. The Bowness location was perfect for us; close to our daughters place. Great host. On the less than perfect side; we counted 13 elevation changes! in the house, making it a serious fall risk for the elderly folk in the house. The only stairs that had a banister to hold onto were the stairs to the basement. In the basement at least four elevation changes! Four uneven steps to get into the kitchen! There were no grip bars in the bathrooms which would have been used for safety.There were numerous broken items when we arrived. Cabinet doors were hanging by one hinge. Strange wires coming from the baseboard. The dishwasher had no retaining tabs to keep it stabilized so it was awkward to use and very noisy. The washing machine was also very noisy but it was used often. The dryer door needed to be wedged shut to keep the door from opening during use.The fall risk was easily the most important deficit of the house. The other things did not make the house unusable just a bit challenging for us.
