Its close location to beaches, Galleria Mall, Las Olas Boulevard, besides to many restaurants and pubs in addition to multiple attractions such as NSU Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale Museum of Science and Bonnet House Museum makes it an excellent spot to experience all that South Florida has to offer. Villa Victoriana is located less than 6.5 miles away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 5 miles from Port Everglades, making it easy for our guests to get around through Florida’s southeastern coast. Villa Victoriana’s comfort, style and privacy let you feel right at home.

Grand Villa Victoriana is a 1,648 SQFT spacious three-bedrooms/two-bathrooms contemporary house with a fully equipped open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate butler kitchen, dining/ family room and a separate living room area, both areas feature a sleeper sofa with access to a lush tropical garden with pool and outdoors shower. The master suite features one king bed with private access to the pool, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds.

Complimentary amenities include a laundry facility, parking space for up-to 3 vehicles, WiFi, cable and ROKU internet TV, Kuerig coffee maker, grill, bath ropes in each bedroom, complimentary cooler and beach chairs for up to four guests and Bluetooth / WiFi speaker (Yamaha music cast).
Pets are subject of approval and non refundable $300 pet fee. Pets must be under 20 lbs. Please contact host for details.

Lovely stay

Super relaxing stay, with plenty of everything we needed, including beach equipment and linens. Not Owen’s place but it did just fine

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed for two full months from Feb1 through March 31. The property was everything it promised and we had a wonderful time. The hosts are extremely professional and attentive. The house itself was in pristine condition with a beautiful resort like back yard. The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is within easy walking distance to a major park, the Las Olas restaurants and the local canals. It is a very easy drive or a nice mile or so walk to the beach. We would highly recommend staying here and will certainly consider coming again in the future.

No heated pool and can’t control thermostat!

This year marked our 7th year traveling to Ft. Lauderdale for the Thanksgiving Holiday. For the last 6 years we’ve rented several vacation rentals and not one of them didn’t have a heated pool. I guess the problem we had is that it wasn’t mentioned in the ad that the pool wasn’t heated. FYI kids don’t like swimming in a cold pool. The 2nd thing was you can’t control the thermostat. When we arrived it was set in 79 and hot. The owner did respond and was able to set at 73, however that at times was a little chilly but we didn’t want to keep texting h owners to turn up or down so we made do. I feel like for the money we are paying we should not have to text owners to turn up or down the A/C. The property was clean and the back yard is beautiful, the back yard would of been used a lot more had the pool not been an ice cube.
