Cozy open floor plan. If you are looking for a convenient, reasonable, safe, and comfortable stay, this is the place. We offer Solar Power and gated private parking for up to 2 cars. Our amenities and convenient location are the best in the area for the price you’ll pay. Welcome home!

Located on a main road in the center of Utuado. Close to all shops and restaurants, this apartment offers all the amenities you need for a convenient stay. Gated parking for up to 2 cars. AC, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully furnished patio with a grill, dining table, dominoes tabletop, cooler, sitting area, hammock, and washer and dryer. Apartment is accessible, all one floor- no steps.
For everyone’s safety, security cameras are recording outside of the property.

Note- You’ll need your own transportation to get around. No Uber/Taxi available. The closest Uber/Taxi is located in the next city, Arecibo.

23 B is posted on the outside wall of the apartment. Be sure to check you are on the right property. Refer to the listing pictures.

Self-check-in. Keys (2) lockbox is located by the main entrance door, off the parking. Follow the instructions you will receive two days prior to your arrival.

Backyard gates must remain locked at all times.

Guests are not allowed to pass (trespass) beyond the gates.
