Ideal for city break vacation. Designed for 3 people, be it backpackers, city explorers, bikers, adventurers or any other kind of awesome travelers. We offer you free WiFi, satellite TV, air condition, fridge, self service table, guaranteed parking space on site for your car. The accommodation comes with two beded room, private bathroom and hallway with private entrance. The room consists of a double and a single bed, closet, seating area (table with three chairs), satellite TV, free WiFi, air conditioning unit, self service area comes with toaster, electric kettle, cereal dispenser, as well as a range of cereals, teas, coffee, jams and honey, available free of charge and a small fridge.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, ventilation, sink, toilet and washing mashine. Free toiletries such as towels, toliet paper and shampoos are also included. The entrance to the room is opened with a key card that will be given upon check-in, or a code that can be programmed upon request. The area is a non-smoking and we kindly ask our guests to respect the rules regarding noise pollution; from 10pm to 8am we ask our guests not to make noise as the property is located in a building with other people living in it.
The property does NOT include a kitchen or any appliances suitable for cooking or warming up food.
What we offer is a guaranteed free parking space for your car on site, in front of our garage (you will see how hard it is to find a free parking space in Pula if you drive around). We also offer drying laundry sevice.
As for example breakfast, You will find self service area in the room with toster, kettle, free cereals, tea, coffee, marmelade and butter. It takes just "a few steps" to reach local green market where You can buy fresh bread, milk, fruits,...(You name it!) and breakfast is ready.
