This is an amazing spot for a big group. We had 8 on the trip, plenty room for all. The beds are all very comfortable (no skimpy mattresses). Well apportioned if you want to cook. Amazing view of the city and close to attractions, restaurants, etc. Private parking was fine for our big SUV and street parking is readily available. Quiet at night, heat/HVAC works fine. Very safe neighborhood. Top-notch, would definitely book it again.

We picked this beautiful home because of how close it was to the Space Needle for NYE fireworks & because of the privacy that it offers. Our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 fur baby) had a lot of room and enjoyed our stay at this unique property. Had it not been for all the fog that night, we would've had a good view. Other than that, we loved the neighborhood and the little park around the corner. Our Host was wonderful, very helpful and available when we needed. We'd love to comeback for another stay.
