I’m from Long Island New York retired about four years ago and moved down here. Been coming to Port St. Lucie in the winters for nearly 35 years. The weather is just unbelievable so I retired here. So much to do here year round.
Why they chose this property
This is a great location and it’s close to everything you can go to downtown Stuart, downtown Jensen beach, Hutchinson Island beaches are close, the New York Mets spring training camp in February and March is right here as well as the mid Florida convention center just down the street, there are so many parks and walking places, fishing, boating, horseback riding on Hutchinson Island. The beach is here our second to none
