Property was very close to Anna Maria island. Nearby Publix and other stores as well. Home was clean, very comfortable beds, accommodation was good for the 7 of us. We had some issues with pests and advised the owner, who was very attentive and quick to reply during our entire interaction. Pool was nice to have to relax, Overall stay was nice and we will definitely return to Anna Maria island.

It was a very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood. The pool was very nice. I wish it would have been screened in to avoid the insects but overall very comfortable. Pet friendly but there is a pet charge which is understandable. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Check out was easy. The only suggestion I gave to the host is to possibly put up a grab bar in the showers. It was also very close to the beaches and one we found particularly nice was I believe Bradenton Beach and the Anna Maria Island Cafe which is at the end of Manatee avenue. I would highly recommend going there for food, enjoyable music, sunsets and good ice cream. Close to pretty much anything you need. Given the opportunity, I would definitely stay there again.

Its a good location if you want to stay near AMI, be mindfull during the morning and busy times its takes an hour to get to ana marie island from here because if traffic and being only 1 lane and one way to get there. Other than that it was a good stay, budget friendly and great for family.

Our family loved this house it was very clean and the host was amazing she was quick to replay to any questions we we had during our stay. Location was great. We drove about an hour south to go shark teeth hunting one day and the kids enjoyed it so much “we found a lot” it was also a quick drive to Anna Marie island, their are so many great restaurants there our kids love Skinny’s the cheeseburgers there are amazing and the beaches there are our favorite. We would recommend this property and would definitely book again in future

The property was nice. To me, it appeared to be a flip house, as there were some odd things. The kitchen wasn't equipped with regular cooking things, pots and pans, etc. I wish the pool had been heated, But on the whole, it was quite nice!
