Welcome to our stunning waterfront home! Sleeps 20. Enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, including 3 king suites with privacy, and a large bunkroom with 6 queens, Couch bed for 2, all with high-quality, 1000-thread-count linens and down comforters. Open concept, TVs in all rooms, arcade games, and a playstation on a 75" TV. Relax on the balcony overlooking the water, large dock, screened porch, or outdoor patio with BBQ. Perfect for families—large grass yard, firepit, kayaks, SUPs, fast WiFi, and more!
The Space:
Parking - There is NO street parking, so please be sure to utilize the garage if needed. 6-7 vehicles typically fit (large SUV's or trucks will take up more room)
Pets - There is no fence in our backyard (refer to pictures). We have neighbors on both sides, pets and people are NOT allowed past the property lines. Please be sure to leash your dogs if they are runners/explorers and clean up after them.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire property, front yard, back yard, and green space 3 doors down. (Just be sure not to cross the neighbors property lines.)
Interaction with Guests:
Please contact us through the app for most communication. If there is an emergency situation, please call us. We don't sleep with our phones, so if it is past 8pm, we will respond bright and early the following morning.

Please take all trashes out to the cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
