Montauk beach house, short walk to private beach in popular Hither Hills. Comes with keyed access to the beautiful private beaches along Old Montauk Highway. Three bedrooms on main floor, with second floor family room, kitchen and upper sleeping loft. Wrap-around deck on second floor that provides shade or sun throughout the day, with partial ocean views. Located in quiet neighborhood (*not a group or party house). House has many updates. Prime location, close to hiking trails and town. Private outdoor and indoor showers. Family-friendly layout. Previous renter wrote, House is "cozy while also being spacious with large open living/kitchen area with views." Air conditioning, wifi, washer/dryer all included. ***Looking for longer stays, so I'm now offering 20% discount for 7+ days. Before sending booking request, please contact me through the messaging tool to confirm availability. All dates might not be available. *Town of East Hampton Rental Registry Certificate #23-205. Renters are required to follow all Town rental rules.
