Sunny shining 3 room apartment A3 with 2 terraces accommodates 4 persons in 100 m2 on 2nd floor, east facing. Consist of 3 rooms, one with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and living/dining room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person; wardrobe, fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4 ceramic glass hob), satellite flat screen TV, hydro massage shower, heating (extra), free A/C, free Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture and gorgeous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside!

The entire area around the property is suitable for walking, hiking, trekking, bike riding, horse riding is available in 8 km distant Učka Nature Park. Close to the Guesthouse Markovic, there's a footpath through the woods leading to Opatija in 20 min walk... this is the place for nature lovers!

You can also enjoy numerous facilities available from nearest tourist centers, beaches, nature, bars, restaurants, nightlife... throughout the year...

For shared use: terrace, swimming pool angular (25 m2, 160 cm, 30.04.-15.10.) with built-in steps, outside shower, free Wi-Fi provided throughout the property, free private parking on site, sitting area, washing machine for common use (extra), storage room for equipment, patio, large terrace with beautiful view of the bay, sea view, garden view, outdoor furniture, barbecue, medical massage is offered on request (extra).
