A beautifully-decorated home hidden off of North Fork Drive in Three Rivers that sleeps 10 (with 2 king beds, 4 twins, 1 queen sleeper sofa). Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. A very private, peaceful and serene home on 1.3 acres, just 1.5 miles from “town” and only 7.5 miles from the entrance of the Sequoia National Park. The perfect escape to recharge for your next adventure.

You’ll have access to the North Fork Hideaway - access to MAIN HOUSE on the SECOND LEVEL AND THIRD STORY LOFT which includes:

KITCHEN
KITCHEN that is fully stocked with everything you’ll need & bar top seating for 3. A full size fridge (with ice maker), reverse osmosis drinking water dispenser at sink, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, instant pot, coffee maker (with filters & ground coffee), keurig & cups, blender, electric tea kettle, pots & pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, dish towels, hand & dish soap, dishwasher detergent, all cooking and baking utensils, basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder) and olive oil. Pretty much everything you’ll need! A propane gas BBQ is located in the backyard.

LOFT upstairs with high vaulted wood-beamed ceiling featuring 2 trundle beds (4 twin beds total), a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress (sleeps 2), genuine leather recliner, 55” Smart TV, table with 4 chairs, games/puzzles, foosball table and beanbags… the ultimate hangout spot that sleeps 6. All sheets provided.

FENCED-IN FRONT PORCH DECK on the main level offers a peaceful setting with comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or tea, evening cocktails, and the soothing sounds of birds and the nearby flowing river along with a view of the starry skies you won’t soon forget.

OPEN BACKYARD
OPEN BACKYARD with patio table and propane BBQ perfect for grilling, entertaining family and friends, and relaxing after a day in Sequoia Park. A shade over the backyard patio furniture is attached during warm summer months.

LAUNDRY ~ WASHER & DRYER
LAUNDRY is located behind the doors in the hallway for guest use if needed. Laundry detergent is provided.

This property is divided into separate guest units. This MAIN HOUSE on the SECOND LEVEL & THIRD STORY LOFT and the lower level Retreat (lower level unit).
You are booking a PRIVATE UNIT on the upper level (MAIN HOUSE on the SECOND LEVEL & THIRD STORY LOFT) with NO SHARED SPACE with other guests. You will have:
-Separate Second Level entrance
-No shared indoor areas
-No shared outdoor areas
It is possible that the Retreat (lower level unit) within the same house may be occupied by guests during your stay. Each unit is designed to ensure guest privacy. You may occasionally see other guests coming or going from the property's driveway, but there is no overlap in living spaces.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

*1 PACK 'N PLAY CRIB / 1 HIGHCHAIR: Located in the guest room closet. The Pack 'n Play has a 3" mattress with a waterproof mattress cover and fitted sheet.

*CELL SERVICE: AT&T and Verizon are the only cell service providers that work in the town of Three Rivers.

*CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR: Upon leaving home, especially for a day trip, please adjust the temperature on the Nest Thermostat accordingly while you’re not using the home.

*DRINKING WATER: A reverse osmosis system is under the kitchen sink.

*LINENS & TOWELS: Linens and towels have been freshly washed

*LAUNDRY: A full size washer and dryer is located behind the doors in the hallway for your use if needed. Laundry detergent is provided.

*SAFETY: Please watch over your children, pets, family, and friends!

*GUEST COUNT: The home allows 10 guests max (excluding children under 2 years of age). If you have more than 10 guests on the property you will be asked to leave without a refund (unless you’ve been given written prior permission upon booking and paid fees associated with extra guests). We are serious about abiding by county regulations and infrastructure limitations.

*For guests with children or LIMITED MOBILITY:
To access the home there are 3 stairs up to the front porch deck.

*WATER & SEPTIC: The water supplied to the house comes from a river well and plumbing is on a septic system. Nothing other than toilet paper can be flushed at any time. Please use the wastebaskets for sanitary napkins, tampons and dental floss.
