THIS SINGLE FAMILY HOME has two levels conveniently joined by an exterior, covered STAIRCASE. Downstairs has separate entrance, with kitchenette & balcony. EACH LEVEL SLEEPS FOUR. Close ocean views makes this house great for those who don't want to walk to the beach but can still enjoy it. See photos.

Take in Close Ocean Views while BBQing with the Gas Weber Spirit Grill- 3 Burners (2026). The primary bedroom (Cal-King bed) is short distance to full, hallway bath. There is a Queen couch pullout in family room, sleeping 4 total upstairs. Architectural delights include newly installed wood floors (2015), exposed wood beams, cathedral ceilings/windows, & ample natural light. Comfy furniture and amenities make you feel at home. Curl up with organically made bathrobes, provided. YOUR MOVIE BUTLER: CRACK UP watching classic movies such as "Uncle Buck", "Stir Crazy," & "The Holdovers" in our Video Library. Our wood stoves aren't working at the moment but will be replaced shortly. Our wall heaters are MORE than sufficient for a toasty warm night.

'KIDS' will enjoy the "vintage play kitchen” HEAVILY stocked with Melissa & Doug Pretend Wood Food. After taking your order, they'll love running to/fro home & beach so quickly. They’ll like the OUTDOOR SHOWER, flat backyard, & ground level patio. Sprawl out in the family room with classic board games. Parents will appreciate the BPA free dishware set in kitchen and newly constructed Driveway Enclosure.

'GRANDPARENTS/TEENAGERS/ANOTHER FAMILY' will appreciate downstairs: a SEPARATE level providing privacy and quick access to upstairs via covered exterior stairs. Like upstairs, it sleeps 4. It has another open living space with separate Primary Bedroom & Connecting Bathroom for all. The open living space has ample natural light, exposed wood beams, two twin daybeds + trundles, & kitchenette. A large, private balcony with ocean views spills off the living area. Close ocean views makes this house great for those who don't want to walk to the beach but can still enjoy it. Rock yourself to sleep with BALCONY TEAK ROCKING CHAIRS and close ocean views. With a few stairs down, balcony has immediate access to the ground level patio and backyard. Perfection for romantic mornings with coffee, paper, & ocean's serenade/views.

WE ALLOW lots of fun but please no smoking or pets. Also, please no parties (for septic tank capacity reasons).

SEA BLUE has a 20 piece Spice Set, Foil, Ziploc Bags, and Saran Wrap for your kitchen use. Condiments are NOT provided, due to Covid. Management happy to provide additional toilet paper, paper towels, soap, replacement BBQ propane tank should you need throughout your stay. Our wood stoves aren't working now but will be replaced shortly. Our wall heaters are MORE than sufficient for a toasty warm night.

Superb location; walk to cute town with restaurants, little market, cafe and even hikes into Muir Woods for the truly motivated! House has everything you can need and bedding was particularly yummy. Loads of games and stones throw (literally) from the beach. Glorious beach for long walks. Highly recommend.

All the Right Things

We rented Sara’s just off Stinson beach home for a special birthday celebration with our friends for the weekend in early October and it was wonderful. It provides a well equipped kitchen, great deck with a beach view, patio to enjoy in the evening and fantastic bedding and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach, games in the evening and great nights of sleep. Thank you and Happy New Year!

New years at the beach

Sea Blue is a great place to relax at the beach. It was perfect for two families although the upstairs bedroom is far superior to the downstairs one. Kids loved the room with trundle beds and a tv! The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable and you can see the beach and waves. Oceanic Properties was easy to communicate with and had the place ready for us. They extended checkout for us which was really helpful. Would definitely go back.

Steps to the beach.

This was about as close to the beach as you can get without actually being on the beach. Excellent access and the off street parking was a major plus. We didn't realize that the property is really two different units, an upstairs and a downstairs with different entry doors. It wasn't a problem for us, but may (or may not) be issue with renters with a larger amount of family staying here.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay here. The beds were so cozy and the views and beach access were unbeatable! The kitchen had a wonderful selection of dishes (including some for the kids), cookware and knives! It was such a happy place for both kids a We will be back for sure! Our original check In date ended up being during the PG&E blackout, the management company called me to let me know we wouldn’t be able to check in on that day but they were so accommodating and since our dates were a little flexible we were able to push our stay back a day. Outstanding customer service!!

Lovely family beach house

The location can't be beat and beds were super comfortable. Most everything we needed was readily available with the important exception of a functioning washing machine. Communication was good about this problem and a resolution reached though not until we were checking out. That major glitch is the reason for the 4 stars. Better lighting on the stairway and in the entryway is needed also. Perhaps a motion detector light? The split level design worked well for us with a busy family of toddlers upstairs and 3 adults below. The house is filled with family-friendly touches including the fabulous play kitchen. Despite the rain, we loved our stay and thank you for sharing.

Just the best family gather holiday ever!!

We the hosting grandparents, our foodie sis and her husband from San Fran, our two adult kids film and architect people from Los Angeles, and 11 year old grand twins all have the most excellent, positive reviews of Sea Blue and our winter holiday week here. We had better than predicted weather, wonderful meals out, superior meals cooked in. We made ample use of the board games and kitchen. Loved the long table for family meals. The two levels of housing and kitchens and two baths made parsing the people easy. There was so much to do and see that tv’s got little use! We had a borrowed landscape holiday tree from the red house neighbors until sis in law catered her tree from her SF Orangeland Gallery. We visually participated in a lot of surfing, paragliding, and beach walking from the house’s windows. 11year old twins actually went winter wading and said next time they will bring their wet suits. We made good use of local markets and eateries, but did not get to the Siren Canteen before they closed for the holiday week. Next visit! We (all ages) tried to be on our best house behavior so as to be welcomed back in the future. The ginormous sea blue special order couch was beloved by all. I spent a few after midnight hours dozing on it when son and twins’ SF flight was delayed 3 hr Xmas night. As a landscape architect, there is so much epic topography, beach, estuary, and mountain flora and fauna to see and experience. 11 year olds loved the seals at Pt. Reyes Nat. Park, the reindeer, deer, and various varieties of cattle in pastures, not to mention all the raptors we saw driving in and out, plus the large white cranes we saw along the Inverness area estuary. Maybe kayak rentals next trip?

Upper floor had a nice play kitchen for kids and lots of games and a big table. Lower floor had no table. Could use some updating. Nice decks and patio. Some things were dusty and the rugs in the bathrooms didn’t seem real clean.

We stayed a long weekend at Sea Blue to celebrate my husband's birthday with my two small kids. We loved the proximity to the beach and the views from the living room. The kitchen has lots of dishes for cooking, and the market in town makes it easy to buy what you need in small amounts. Arriving and checking in was incredibly easy. I highly recommend the vacation at Sea Blue.

We chose Stinson because of its nearby location to BOTH ocean and redwoods & down home vibe. One minute grab your hiking boots and the next, flip flops! You forget the world here...& when you want to remember it, San Francisco is a quick AND SCENIC 40 minutes away. Authentic Mom/Pop towns continue up/down the road on Pacific Coast Highway, known for its most beautiful coastlines in the world. People & experiences are real here.
